Lipic's Recognition

Lipic's Recognition was looking to boost their number of Service Award programs with colleges and universities in the midwest and had a key list of individuals responsible for those programs they wanted to reach.

BloodLines Creative recommended that Lipic's use their customized approach to creating Service Award programs by creating a truly customized direct mail program that rewarded the individual for working with Lipic's.

Each recipient received their own 'award' recognizing his or her insight for choosing Lipic's Recognition to help them create their own custom-tailored recognition program for faculty and staff.

The first postcard is a "Certificate of Brilliance" in which both the recipient's name and the name of their college or university are worked directly into the copy. In the next mailer, the recipient receives an "Innovator of the Year" plaque highlighting the commitment and dedication shown toward improving productivity at their institution.

The final postcard mailer featured the individual's name on an actual customized service award available through Lipic's Recognition and emphasizes how Recognition and Service Award programs from Lipic's inspire passion and help increase overall retention and satisfaction with both faculty and staff.

Targeting the individual in these mailers with actual examples of the types of Service Awards that Lipic's can offer not only provided product demonstrations it also showcased how Lipic's Recognition really customizes programs for their clients.

In all postcards, a free custom review of the recipient's current program was offered and followed up by a three-dimensional box mailing targeting the individual and asking for a meeting.
